These terms and conditions of trading (“terms”) apply to all contracts between you/your (“the Customer”) and we/us/our (almshouse vintage) these terms relate to all sales with almshouse vintage online. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time and without prior notice. Nothing within these terms and conditions shall affect you/the customer’s statutory rights as a consumer. GENERAL We advise that you read and agree to these terms of use, by accepting the delivery of the goods, it shall then be deemed as evidence of you the customer, fully accepting these terms and conditions. We (almshouse vintage) reserve the right to update and/or change prices and products at any given time, all our pricing is in GBP (british pounds) and includes VAT (value added tax). We reserve the right to adjust the VAT if it changes. All information regarding products are as accurate as possible but could also be prone to error. Although prices and descriptions could change over time and through this there could be errors. All errors incurred shall be rectified as soon as possible, once brought to our attention. We are not liable for any losses that may occur. We reserve the right to change/amend the descriptions/specifications of our products.  Each product is unique and could differ from those that are displayed within our site or marketing. We (almshouse vintage) are entitled to change these terms and conditions at any given time. This shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you/the customer upon making a purchase. PRIVACY POLICY Almshouse vintage fully respects and is committed to the protection of your privacy and personal details. Everything in regard to private/personal details are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All private/personal information is handled and stored in a safe and responsible manner. No information regarding private/personal details shall ever be disclosed to third parties, and shall only be used by Almshouse vintage for the following:
- login purposes
- postal address and name used for future purchases and the processing of orders mailing list/newsletter informing you of new products, events, promotions, and any possible changes.
