Refund policy
RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Returns only relate to ONLINE orders -:
If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we are happy to give a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels and packaging intact. You cam now return to us free of charge through our website in the customer account area. As soon as we receive the item back, and assuming perfect condition, we will process the refund to you.
Alternatively. please notify us via e mail (shop@almshousevintage.co.uk) that you are returning the item and if possible the reason why.
Please be aware that some items are NOT returnable, for example:
Petticoats, Hosiery, Earrings, Hair Accessory and sale items.
This does not affect your rights should your item(s) be faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to swap an item for another size should you require, or to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at almshousevintage@gmail.com and send your item to:
